PRAWN and CHICKEN  ORIENTAL and SALAD:  

king prawns , shredded chicken  served on a bed of crisp oriental salad, with corriander noodles, with sweet chilli

SUMMER MEDALLION  OF STEAK SALAD:

Tender Steak of beef, parsnip chips ,served with buttered crushed baby potato , a crisp Italian baby leaf salad , dressed with basalmic and beetroot sauce .

CHICKEN MELT  SALAD:

Tender  steamed chicken breast drapped in oak smoked bacon, topped with melted shropshire blue cheese , served on a bed of crispy mixed leaf salad and dressed with a rich  herb  dressing

SEA FOOD AND PASTA SALAD:

scottish salmon fillets on warm pasta seasoned and dressed in thick tomato and herb dressing, served with a mixed leaf salad  and served with garlic bread

Filo pastry parcels , butter nut mash ,baby asparagus spears, and a  crispy mixed side salad

`The twice cooked lamb shank was huge, and so tender the meat fell from the bone...the whole evening meal was excellent..... the luxury fish pie is just superb , the service has been superb.....amazing food....The scottish salmon parcels are excellent.............

Mrs.Redfern.`.My daughter lives in London and treated us to a meal at one of the  G..R.... restaurants, and i have got to tell you that  your portions are bigger and better quality and your service is first class...how do you do it for the money ?.. I particularly liked the gammon medallion......

STARTERS:

Smoked Salmon and cucumber parcels  with creme fresh and sweet chili sauce prawns  / OR Poached egg

medallion of smoked gammon, baby asparagus spears , melted red leicester cherese ,topped with a poached egg and a fine dusting of paprika, salad garnish

Bury Black pudding, chestnut mushrooms, crispy lean smoked  bacon topped with grilled shropshire blue  -  strong satisfying  flavours

Steak Medallion ,Horse radish butter mash,babyleaf salad ,parsnip chips, red wine and sage.

Garlic mushrooms : button mushrooms fried in garlic butter ,served with warm seeded batch buttered toast 

FISH

SEA BASS, boned and filleted ,grilled slowly topped with fennel,a gratan of sauted yellow and red peppers dressed with chopped corriander leaf 

ICELANDIC COD FILLET ,dressed with large atlantic prawns  in sauce, on a bed of corriander and leek baby potatoe butter mash

LUXURY FISH PIE :lots of Salmon,Cod,Smoked Haddock,Atlantic prawns ,baby carrotts, petit pois,creamy white wine mash.parsley,topped with red leicester cheese

POULTRY

GRESSINGHAM DUCK BREAST, Bury black pudding glazed with a sweet  plum sauce. served with vegetables and black & green  lentil mash - rich country fare

WILLOW FARM CHICKEN BREASTS :Marinated in honey and lemon ,slow cooked succlant and tender .served with herbed  basmati rice garnished with fresh lemon and crispy rocket

LAMB

RACK OF LAMB: oven roasted , home made rosemary yorkshire pudding, parsnip mash. *MARKET PRICE PLUS £5

LAMB SHANK  ROSEMARY AND RED WINE JUS twice cooked with root vegetables, course buttered mash in a thick rich gravy - melts  in your mouth

THICK LAMB STEAKS , slowley  grilled,marinatted red wine and rosemary jus, crispy parsnip chips - Tender  and Bursting with natural flavours

PORK

GILLED SMOKED GAMMON STEAKS ,onion rings,closed cup mushrooms,beer battered chips,seasonal vegtables,poached egg topped with blue cheese sauce and a dusting of paprika

LEAN PORK LOIN  STEAKS WITH CARAMALISED RED CABBAGE, CIDER AND SAGE  SAUCE.POTATO DAUPHINOISE

BEEF

  Tender Rump  served with sauted mushrooms ,onion rings, baby new potatoes or beer battered chips , and a selection of choice vegetables and pepper sauce

 Sirloin served with beer battered chips garnished with mushrooms ,  baked sweet piccola cherry tomatos, battered onoin rings and seasonal vegtables

OR a side salad of shredded lettuce ,peppers ,cucumber ,celery and spring onion finely chopped,and dressed with halved baby plum tomatos
